Shipping Policy

Due to our handcrafted nature our products will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days for most products, a few may take longer.

Free shipping is offered on orders of $40 or more

We currently only ship within the United States

Local Pickup/Delivery:

In some cases we may be able to drop off an order or have one ready to pick up when we are attending a craft fair or farmers market.  If you would like to use this option, please contact us before placing your order and we will see if this is possible.  Failure to contact us ahead of time may result in your order being canceled.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and cancellations


We recommend purchasing a sample pack or one of our travel size items to test out any scents or products. If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know, and we will make it right. We may request a digital photo if there is a problem/damage with an order. Shipping charges are not refundable.



If you have skin sensitivities or allergies please read the ingredients carefully prior to purchasing. All fragrance and essential oils have the potential to irritate skin. We will not be held liable for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or irritation caused by the use or misuse of any of our products.


​Given the artisanal and sensitive nature of our creations, we do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons of general dissatisfaction on used products. Each and every one of our creations are handmade and hand-poured with utmost care and, for safety reasons, we cannot restock, resell, or accept used items.


  • Returns:

    • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

    • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

    • Conditions of return
      Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    • If an item arrives damaged in any way we will gladly replace the item upon return. If you have any issue with a product, please message me within seven days and we will get it resolved.


  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

  • I don't accept exchanges
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:


  • Custom or personalized orders (ordered through the

  • Clearance items

  • Opened items (they cannot be restocked/resold once opened)

  • Perishable products (lotions or creams without preservatives)
